Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from buygenerlink.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards via Stripe.

Installation Requirement

GenerLink transfer switches must be installed by your utility company or a licensed electrician. Installation by unauthorized personnel voids your product warranty. Utility approval may be required in your service area. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure of your utility’s approval status.

Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Warranty

GenerLink products carry a 7-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when installed by an approved installer. Surge protection models carry an additional 15-year surge system warranty. Warranty is void if the unit is improperly installed, modified, or damaged by misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Life Saving Products Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ravalli County, Montana.
