Return Authorization (RA) Procedure
- Submit a Return Authorization request via the Return Authorization form, including proof of purchase and photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with an RA number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the unit to the address provided, with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process the appropriate resolution — warranty replacement, refund, or repair as applicable.
Do not ship the unit before receiving an RA number. Packages without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth processing of any warranty or return claim:
- Retain your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) for the duration of the warranty period.
- Document the issue with photos before shipping the unit back, when applicable.
- Use the original packaging if available, or equivalent protective packaging. Units damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for full refund or replacement.
- Pay return shipping unless the return is due to a defect we’ve covered or a shipping error on our part.

These terms summarize the warranty and return policies in effect at the time of your purchase. The full manufacturer’s warranty document takes precedence in the event of any conflict between this summary and the manufacturer’s terms. BuyGenerlink.com reserves the right to update these terms; updates will not affect the terms in effect at the time of any prior purchase.
