It’s at the top of the confirmation email we sent when you placed your order — from support@buygenerlink.com, subject “Your Buy Generlink order has been received!” It looks like #2175 (enter it with or without the #).
What happens after checkout
We prepare your GenerLink for shipment, then you’ll get a shipping confirmation by email. Free US shipping is included on every order — most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Can’t find your confirmation email, or something looks off with your order? Email support@buygenerlink.com with your name and approximate order date — a real person will track it down for you.
